Youth Education & Formation
Graduating high school Seniors from our congregation are encouraged to apply for our continuing education scholarship from the Irvin Johnson Scholarship Foundation to receive money to help pay for expenses as they continue their education in adulthood. We celebrate our graduating seniors every year with a special blessing service, where they receive their scholarships as well as a handmade quilt to wrap them in the love of our congregation wherever they may go.
While we do not have an active youth group or Sunday School at Spirit of Grace, we are committed to embracing and involving youth in all aspects of church-life. If you are interested in more specialized faith education for your child, such as Communion Classes or Confirmation, reach out to Pastor Miranda to discuss how we can work together to create an education experience that fits the needs of your child or teenager!
